I've update the teletekst script
a little. It now outputs utf8 and uses LWP::Simple so no external
commands are called anymore.

I've also added the ability to retrieve multiple pages.
So
So
tt 751 1 2 3 4 5 will show all 5 subpages of 751 (if they are available)
