ZFS and Oracle

I already knew (Open)Solaris sucks, but now Ton has also figured it out.

ZFS definitely does not suck. Why not petition Oracle to GPL(v2) ZFS? Especially now Oracle wants to kill OpenSolaris?

Sure look like SUN is to be gutted by Oracle. My only hope is that all interesing technology is relicensed to GPL.

I do hope MySQL, ZFS, Virtual Box, Star Office and other nice Sun stuff will be released in GPL (version 2, that is). Oracle still claims that MySQL will stay GPL, but who knows.
